كانت المستشفيات تستخدم منتجات هذه الشركة في تغذية المرضى، حتى أنها ابتكرت أغذية خاصة للمرضى الذين يلاقون صعوبة في ابتلاع الطعام.
وأضافت ممثلة الهيئة، أن خلاطة الخرسانة التي كانت الشركة تستخدمها في تحضير الأغذية لم تكن تنظف بعد الانتهاء من العمل، أي أنها كانت بؤرة جيدة لتكاثر البكتريا وغيرها من الأحياء الدقيقة.
وكانت منتجات هذه الشركة ترسل الى 12 مؤسسة اجتماعية، والآن عليها إتلاف كل ما بقي لديها من الأغذية الموردة من الشركة المذكورة.
المثير في كل هذا، أن شركة Nordic Ingredient ليست مسجلة رسميا، ولم يكن لزبائنها علم بذلك.
