دعوى قضائية أمام محكمة الأسرة بمصر الجديدة ضد زوجها "آسر.م”، طالبت فيها بالخلع بسبب الضرر الذي أصابها بعد إصابته بالصلع وشعورها بالحرج منه أمام أصدقائها.
وذكرت الزوجة في دعواها: "البعض يظن أنني تافهة بسبب فحوى الدعوى، وكل ما أتمناه أن يهتم زوجي بمظهره العام، وبعد الزواج أصبح لا يهتم إلا بحصوله على المتعة مني، فأحيانا يأتي من العمل ورائحته كريهة”.
وتابعت الزوجة: "بصراحة أنا لم أستطع العيش معه بعد أن أصابه الصلع وأصبحت أنفر من الخروج معه أمام أصدقائي، وطالبته بزرع شعر، ولكنه رفض، فوجدت نفسي لا أستطيع إكمال حياتي الزوجية، وطلبت الطلاق ورفض، فلجأت للخلع″.
