يتساءل الكثيرون حول هوية 'رايف العتيبي'، وهو شخصية إلكترونية ملغزة له العديد من الحسابات على شبكات الإعلام الاجتماعي المختلفة مثل تويتر وآسك إف إم. وجمع 'رايف'، الذي لا يعرف أحد
هويته، أكثر من 425 ألف متابع على موقع تويتر.ويلقّب البعض 'رايف' بـ'أسطورة تويتر'، وتتباين الآراء بين معجب بالتشويق الذي يلف هذه الشخصية، مثل مستخدمة تويتر 'الروقيه' التي تقول إن رايف العتيبي ' شخصية غامضة صنعت في تويتر جوا خاصا وجميلا.. وهاشتاقاته من أروع الهاشتاقات بتفاعلاته وتفاعلات الناس معه'، وبين آخرين يرون الشخصية 'مزحة سخيفة' مثل 'البدر' الذي يقول إن العتيبي هو 'مجرد شخص سمج أعطوه فوق حجمه، لا أكثر ولا أقل'.
وتردد اسم رايف، الذي قد يكون اسمًا مستعارًا، لأول مرة في فبراير 2014 (ربيع الثاني 1435). ومنذ ذلك الوقت، تشهد الهاشتاجات التي تحمل اسم 'رايف العتيبي' فترات نشاط ملحوظة، أبرزها خلال شهري مارس ويونيو الماضيين، وكان آخرها أمس الأول، الأربعاء، من خلال هاشتاج #رايف_العتيبي_ماذا_يعني_لك، الذي شارك من خلاله المغردون بآرائهم حول هذه الشخصية التي يراها الكثيرون 'وهمية'.
89% من متابعي حساب رايف العتيبي على تويتر هم متابعون مزيفون
ويروج رايف لنفسه من خلال قصص خيالية جامحة. يقول مثلًا إنه من 'عالم الجن'. وغرّد رايف إلى الآن 76 مرة فقط، وتحظى تغريداته بنسب تفاعل عالية. وبحسب صحيفة الوئام الإلكترونية السعودية، مسح رايف تغريداته الأولى. وتضيف الصحيفة أن رايف هو قرصان إنترنت 'تمكّن من اختراق حسابات كثيرة في تويتر'.
وبعمل اختبار على موقع كشف المتابعات المزيفة على تويتر، (fakers.statuspeople.com)، تبيّن أن 89% من متابعي حساب رايف العتيبي على تويتر هم متابعون مزيفون، أي أن المتابعين الحقيقيين هم حوالي 43 ألف متابع فقط.
وعلى حساب آسك إف إم، يجيب رايف أسئلة المتابعين بمزيج من المراوغة والاستهزاء. أجاب إلى الآن على أكثر من 400 سؤال، الأغلبية العظمى منها بالعربية، وحظى على حوالي 16 ألف إعجاب.
وسيظل الغموض يحيط هذه الشخصية إلى أن يتم كشف حقيقة صاحبها، أو أصحابها. ومن المؤكد أن هذا الشخص سيجد في الاهتمام به تشجيعًا للاستمرار في أسر انتباه المغردين السعوديين.
