ورفضت وزارة العدل الأمريكية تأكيد أو نفي التقرير، وقال أحد المسؤولين إن النقاش سيتيح للحكومات الأجنبية والمجرمين “معرفة قدراتنا”، مؤكدا بأن أي برامج مستخدمة تلتزم بالقوانين الفيدرالية.
